From executive board positions, campus outreach to natural representation, the opportunities for leadership development with APO are plentiful.

Being a leader is one of the most important traits in a successful individual. Even after college, having leadership skills at work is one of the most highly desired traits by many employers. Leadership is not a skill that you can learn in the classroom, but it is one that can be trained. By experiencing leadership on executive board, various committees, and around the community at our service events, members are able to hone their leadership skills, which will not only be applicable to their college career, but also to their lives beyond school.
